We are also collaborating with our medical director daily.

In person visits remain. Family members and loved ones are welcome to stop by any time between 7am and 9pm Monday through Sunday. Advanced notice is appreciated but not required. We kindly ask that visitors respect all facility protocols when visiting and wearing a mask to keep our residents and staff safe during the duration of the visit. However, those interested in virtual calls with your loved one/ family member, please reach out to the facility directly at 641.622.2971 or you may also message us at the link below.

As a reminder, the following defensive measures are in place at our facility:

  • Closely monitoring and screening all residents and team members for symptoms on a daily and shift-by-shift basis. This includes temperature checks and other CDC-recommended screenings.
  • Enforcing social distancing.
  • Allowing only essential individuals (those providing critical care for residents) into the healthcare community.
  • Practicing frequent hand hygiene in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces to decrease environmental contamination.
  • Taking higher-than-required protective equipment precautions, such as wearing N95 masks, gloves and gowns as situations warrant their use.
  • Requiring all residents to stay in their rooms to better protect themselves.
