As we continue to navigate the changes and adapt to our new normal during the covid pandemic, we want say THANK YOU! for all your patience. We are happy to report that 95% of our residents have received the covid-19 vaccine. We send out a HUGE THANK YOU! to Walgreens for facilitating our vaccinations.  Shout outs also for Keokuk County Public Health which will be helping with vaccines for any new admissions and staff in the future.

We refer to the CDC and IDPH guidelines, the county covid infection percentage rate, and active covid outbreak status when determining any facility activities and policies.
