Kim
Kim admitted to Windsor Place in October for skilled therapy. Upon admission to Windsor Place, Kimw as very weak and couldn’t walk. Kim was entirely dependent on all areas of essential activities and daily living.
Kim worked with therapy daily to regain her strength and independence. Eventually, Kim regained her ability to walk. Our therapy did an excellent job working with Kim to get her back on her feet. After Kim graduated from her rehab program, she successfully discharged to Windsor Place’s assisted living community. Kim has lived in our assisted living for two months now and she is very happy.
The residents at Windsor Place Senior Living Campus have become Kim’s second family. Kim has made some lifelong friends here. Kim loves the environment and goes as far as saying “It’s so quiet, soothing, and has a ton of natural light. It’s really made me see who I am as a person because I’ve never been on my own and I’m able to reflect on life.” Kim has even befriended a few of the staff members at Windsor Place.
As far as a favorite dish, Kim absolutely loves the spaghetti and meatballs. Kim participates in most of the activities at Windsor Place but enjoys playing BINGO the most. We are ecstatic to have Kim in our assisted living community. She brings a bright light to our community. We are deeply humbled that Kim entrusted our team of healthcare experts to get her back on her feet!
Ray
Ray admitted to Windsor Place in September for skilled therapy. Upon admission, Ray was struggling to carry out essential daily activities and his mobility was significantly hindered by recurring falls.
Ray worked with our dedicated therapy team daily to improve his range of motion and independence. After a couple of short weeks, Ray was strong enough to move over to our assisted living community. Ray has settled into his assisted living and he is loving every moment!
Ray commends our therapy team at Windsor Place for their patience and willingness to work with him. He loves the food here, and you guessed it, his favorite dish is spaghetti and meatballs! Ray loves putting puzzles together and his “cop shows”.
Ray is a United States Army Veteran. He served six years as an E5 Sergeant in the Army and fought in the Vietnam War. We are grateful to have you with us, Ray!

Dean
Dean came to us from a local hospital in need of some strength training and conditioning with a goal to make it back home.
Here at Windsor Place we specialize in “Rehab to Home”. When we can help our community members get stronger so they can get back to the active lives that they live, that is a SUCCESS story for us! Dean’s goal was 18 days, and we were able to get him home in just 15 short days.
Dean said that he enjoyed “every single staff member” here at Windsor and each one played a special role in helping him get back home. He is looking forward to getting back to his home on the farm. This farm was passed down to Dean from his grandparents and parents. His mother was born in the farmhouse that he resides in, and it holds a special place in his heart.
We are so excited for Dean to get back home where he can help his neighbors care for his farm and feed the cattle. We will miss his stories and his warm nature.
